printer -- help

Hi,
can't print mus files .. using windows xt and hp 5150 ... prints junk instead of the notes and staffs ..

Look in the folder with musette.exe for files called MusetteLog_xx.txt where xx is the year, month and day. These diagnostic files contain additional information about your printer and fonts. Please post the most recent file here as an attachment. You can view the file with a text editor if you wish.

hi, thanks for responding ... i understand the part about musettelog_xx.txt but not about posting the file here ... do you mean the file that won't print?

post the musettelog file and the file that doesn't print. If you're not sure which musettelog file to post, then try printing again and post the log file for that day. Thanks.

in attempting to print in another way,, i saw your suggestion about using pdf995 ... i got it but it seems to require adobe to work ... adobe reader is not free .. .

Adobe sells many programs, but the reader is free. Download from http://get.adobe.com/reader/
